A Real Boy

You know the Pinocchio story. Well with stitches last month and a broken arm two weeks ago... Charlie is now a real boy.He tripped his coach at soccer practice and his coach fell on him.

He broke both bones in his arm. The brake was clean and should heal nicely.

As I was helping him get dressed this morning he said,
"I really like this broken arm thing."
It's true, he loves the attention and help that he is getting at home and school.

I'm really impressed that he chose a blue cast instead of pink, although I thought he wanted camo. I guess that does make him a real boy! Pretty cool Charlie, pretty cool.

Charlie, that is a very cool cast! I'm glad you're a real boy. But don't break anything else, ever again. Be smarter than your cousin Mason--for your Mother's sake.

Hooray! Welcome to the club! Kyle broke his about a year and a half ago. Just be thankful it happened now instead of the middle of summer! Hopefully he's doing okay.
